ZM-80 Series Self-Propelled Plate Beveling Machine
The ZM-80 Series self-propelled plate beveling machine is used for plate edge beveling, chamfering and weld preparation before welding. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal plates, especially for thicker plates and wider beveling applications.
Compared with manual grinding, the ZM-80 can move automatically along the plate edge, providing more stable and efficient processing for long plates and batch production. Its higher beveling capacity makes it suitable for steel fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding and heavy equipment manufacturing.
The machine can be configured according to plate thickness, bevel angle, bevel width and material requirements, helping customers improve welding preparation efficiency and bevel consistency.
