The split frame electric pipe cutting and beveling machine is used for on-site pipe cold cutting, beveling, end facing and pipe end preparation before welding. The machine is installed around the outside of the pipe and fixed by multi-point clamping, making it suitable for construction sites, maintenance projects and pipeline installation work.

With a split frame ring structure, the machine body can be separated into two halves, allowing fast installation on existing pipelines, narrow spaces or locations where the machine cannot be sleeved over the pipe end. After one setup, the machine can complete pipe cutting and beveling, helping reduce repeated positioning and improve job-site efficiency. The cold cutting process helps reduce heat-affected impact and supports safer welding preparation.

The electric drive configuration is suitable for regular pipe diameters and standard wall thicknesses. It can process carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other pipe materials, and can prepare U-groove, single V, double V, J-groove and other bevel forms.
