The SML CNC pipe cutting and beveling machine is a CNC-controlled pipe processing system designed for pipe prefabrication and industrial pipeline machining. It is mainly used for pipe cutting, pipe end beveling, synchronized cutting and beveling, and pipe end preparation before welding. With PLC numerical control, servo feeding and servo retraction, the machine improves machining control accuracy and is suitable for pipe prefabrication projects requiring high pipe end squareness, bevel consistency and batch processing efficiency.
The machine is equipped with automatic multi-jaw clamping, hydraulic clamping, 4-axis synchronized lifting, circulating water cooling, spindle variable-speed control, automatic lubrication, LED lighting, laser-assisted tool alignment and machine running indicator. After one clamping, it can complete cutting, cutting with single-side beveling, cutting with double-side beveling and cutting with compound beveling. Compared with manual cutting and grinding, the SML CNC pipe cutting and beveling machine helps reduce secondary finishing time, improve cutting stability and enhance welding preparation quality.
The SML series includes SML-168, SML-325, SML-426, SML-630, SML-762 and WML-914, covering a pipe processing range from 30mm to 914mm. Automatic multi-jaw clamping and hydraulic clamping improve pipe holding stability. Spindle variable-speed control allows adjustment according to pipe diameter, material and wall thickness. Equipped with circulating water cooling, automatic lubrication, LED lighting and laser-assisted tool alignment. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and other industrial pipe materials.
