SME Bench-Type Precision Pipe Cutting Machine

The SME bench-type precision pipe cutting machine is a fixed pipe cutting system for pipeline prefabrication and industrial pipe processing. It is mainly used for pipe cutting, pipe end beveling, synchronized cutting and beveling, and pipe end preparation before welding. The bench-type frame is suitable for centralized workshop processing, batch pipe prefabrication and applications requiring stable machining quality.

The machine is equipped with automatic clamping, mechanical automatic feeding, automatic retraction, circulating water cooling and spindle speed control. After one clamping, it can complete cutting, cutting with single-side beveling, cutting with double-side beveling and cutting with compound beveling. Compared with manual cutting and grinding, the SME bench-type machine helps reduce secondary finishing time, improve pipe end squareness, bevel consistency and welding assembly efficiency.

The SME series includes SME-168-II, SME-325-II, SME-426-II, SME-630-II, SME-762-II and SME-914-II, covering a pipe cutting range from 30mm to 914mm. It can process carbon steel, stainless steel and other pipe materials. The machine is suitable for petrochemical, natural gas, power construction, boiler, pressure vessel, shipbuilding, water treatment, steel structure pipeline and industrial installation projects.
