CNC Pipe End Facing and Beveling Machine

The CNC pipe end facing and beveling machine is a CNC pipe end processing system designed for thick-wall pipes and demanding welding preparation applications. It is mainly used for pipe end beveling, internal and external beveling, U-groove beveling, V-groove beveling, double V-groove beveling and compound beveling. With CNC control, the machine performs beveling while the workpiece remains stationary. The rotating cutter head works together with radial and axial tool feeding to complete high-precision pipe end machining.

The machine can process single V-type, double V-type, U-type and other bevel forms. It is especially suitable for thick-wall pipe ends that are difficult to process with ordinary pipe cutting machines. Through CNC program control, the machining path can be adjusted according to pipe diameter, wall thickness, bevel angle and welding procedure requirements, helping improve bevel consistency and pipe end quality.
