CG2 Series Semi-Automatic Profile Gas Cutting Machine

The CG2 series semi-automatic profile gas cutting machine is a flame cutting machine for irregular steel plate cutting and template-based profiling. It is mainly used for circular cutting, irregular shape cutting, template profile cutting and batch blanking of carbon steel plates. The machine follows a template shape or rail path to complete cutting, helping improve cutting consistency, reduce manual operation difficulty and increase efficiency for profile plate cutting.

The machine body is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, making it lightweight, stable and easy to move. The speed control system uses stepless speed regulation, allowing operators to adjust travel speed according to plate thickness, cutting shape and flame condition. With oxygen, acetylene and other flame cutting gases, the machine can cut steel plates from 5mm to 100mm thickness, with a cutting speed of 50–750mm/min.

The CG2 series includes CG2-150, CG2-150A and CG2-150B. CG2-150 is suitable for general profile cutting. CG2-150A is designed for template-based profiling. CG2-150B uses a rail-guided profile cutting structure and is suitable for applications requiring a more stable cutting path. The series is widely used in steel structure fabrication, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, pressure vessel production, metal fabrication workshops, engineering installation and equipment maintenance.
