CG2 Series Pipe Gas Cutting Machine
The CG2 series pipe gas cutting machine is a flame cutting machine for pipe circumferential cutting and pipe end beveling. It is mainly used for on-site cutting of steel pipes, metal pipelines and industrial pipe systems. Compared with manual torch cutting, the machine can move steadily along the outside circumference of the pipe, helping improve pipe end cutting uniformity, cutting quality and welding preparation efficiency.
The series includes three models: CG2-11, CG2-11G and CG2-11D. CG2-11 is a magnetic pipe cutting machine. It uses magnetic wheels to adhere to the steel pipe surface and run steadily, making it suitable for pipe circumferential cutting and I/V/Y-type bevel processing. CG2-11G is a hand-operated pipe cutting machine. The cutting speed is manually controlled, making it suitable for field construction, temporary repair and sites with unstable power supply. CG2-11D is an automatic pipe cutting machine with smoother operation, suitable for ordinary carbon steel pipes and some stainless steel pipe cutting applications.
The CG2 series pipe gas cutting machine is lightweight, flexible and convenient for engineering sites. It works with oxygen, acetylene and other flame cutting gases, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, steel structure, pipeline installation, equipment repair and field construction projects.
Suitable for pipe circumferential cutting, pipe end cutting, pipe bevel cutting and on-site repair cutting. Magnetic type, hand-operated type and automatic type are available for different working conditions. CG2-11 uses magnetic adsorption for stable cutting on steel pipe surfaces. CG2-11G is a hand-operated model, suitable for field construction and sites without stable power supply. CG2-11D is an automatic pipe cutting machine for more stable pipe cutting, and can also be used for stainless steel pipe cutting. Supports I-type, V-type 45° and Y-type pipe bevel cutting. Lightweight aluminum alloy body, portable and suitable for on-site movement. Cutting speed and torch angle can be adjusted according to different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pipeline engineering, steel structure and equipment maintenance. Export voltage can be customized, including 110V, 240V and 380V.
