M3 Series Electric Tapping Machine
M3 Series Electric Tapping Machine
The M3 series electric tapping machine is an electric thread tapping device for internal thread machining. It is suitable for workshop production, machinery processing, mold processing, maintenance work and metal structural part processing. The machine drives the tap through an electric motor to complete the tapping process. Compared with traditional manual tapping, it improves thread machining efficiency, reduces manual labor and enhances tapping stability.
The series adopts a universal arm design with a large working radius. Operators can move the tapping head within a wide area, making it suitable for large workpieces, fixed workpieces and components that are difficult to move. Some models are equipped with a lifting structure, allowing the working height to be adjusted according to the workpiece.
The M3 series covers tapping ranges such as M3-M12, M3-M16 and M3-M20. Models can be selected according to thread size, workpiece material and processing requirements. The machine is suitable for tapping steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, mold parts, machinery parts, hardware parts and structural parts. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, equipment maintenance, mold manufacturing, steel structure fabrication, electromechanical repair and metalworking workshops.
Suitable for threaded hole processing of metal parts, machinery parts, mold parts, steel structure components and equipment parts. Universal arm structure with a working radius up to 1.1m, providing a wide operating range and flexible movement. Available for different tapping ranges, including M3–M12, M3–M16 and M3–M20. Some models are equipped with a lifting structure, with lifting height up to 300mm or 500mm for different workpiece heights. Touch screen control, intuitive operation and convenient parameter setting. Can be equipped with national standard or Japanese standard tapping collets. Supports multiple collet configurations for quick switching between thread sizes. Suitable for batch tapping, repair tapping, fixture machining and on-site maintenance work. Used in machinery manufacturing, mold processing, steel structure, equipment repair, hardware processing and metalworking workshops.
