SL Series Portable CNC Flame Cutting Machine

The SL series portable CNC flame cutting machine is a CNC flame cutting system for steel plate blanking and metal plate processing. It is mainly used for straight cutting, contour cutting, irregular shape cutting and batch blanking of carbon steel plates. The CNC system controls the cutting torch to move along the programmed cutting path, improving cutting accuracy, consistency and processing efficiency compared with manual flame cutting.

The machine uses a portable beam and rail structure. It is flexible to install, occupies less space and is suitable for workshops or project sites that do not have large gantry cutting equipment. Operators can set cutting paths according to drawing shapes and processing dimensions, making it suitable for steel structure connecting plates, machinery plates, engineering installation plates, repair plates and customized irregular steel plate processing.

The SL series includes SL-1625 and SL-1630. SL-1625 has an effective cutting travel of transverse 1600mm × longitudinal 2500mm, with a rail length of 3000mm. SL-1630 has an effective cutting travel of transverse 1600mm × longitudinal 3000mm, with a rail length of 3500mm. The series is widely used in steel structure fabrication, machinery manufacturing, ship repair, pressure vessels, metalworking workshops, engineering installation and equipment repair cutting.
