HK-8SS Portable Automatic Welding Carriage
The HK-8SS portable automatic welding carriage is an automatic traveling welding auxiliary device designed to improve welding stability and weld formation consistency. It is mainly used for continuous welding of steel plates, steel structures, metal components and long weld seams. The carriage attaches to the workpiece surface through magnetic adsorption and drives the welding torch at a preset constant speed, making the welding process more stable.
Compared with manual torch welding, the automatic welding carriage helps reduce uneven welding speed, inconsistent weld width and operator fatigue. It is especially suitable for long straight welds, fillet welds and repetitive welding operations. Operators can adjust the travel speed according to welding process requirements, helping achieve more uniform weld formation and higher production efficiency.
The HK-8SS adopts a lightweight structure. The machine weighs about 8.5kg, making it easy to carry, move and install on site. The welding speed range is 150–900mm/min, and the magnetic adsorption force is 10–24kg, making it suitable for various steel structure and metal plate welding conditions. It is widely used in steel structure fabrication, shipbuilding, pressure vessels, machinery equipment, bridge engineering, engineering installation and repair welding.
