Manual Butt Fusion Welding Machine
The manual butt fusion welding machine is a portable welding device for plastic pipe connection. It is mainly used for butt fusion welding of PE, PPR, PB and PVDF pipes. The machine fixes the pipe with a frame, trims the pipe ends with a facer, heats the pipe ends with a heating plate, and then completes the butt fusion connection to form a strong pipe joint.
The machine is compact, practical and easy to operate, making it suitable for field construction and repair work. The heating plate temperature can be adjusted within 0–300℃ to meet different plastic pipe welding requirements. The butt alignment deviation is controlled within ≤0.2mm, which helps improve pipe end alignment and welding quality.
The series includes 160-2M, 200-2M and 250-2M. The 160-2M model is suitable for 50–160mm pipe sizes. The 200-2M model is suitable for 50–200mm pipe sizes. The 250-2M model is suitable for 90–250mm pipe sizes. It is widely used in water supply and drainage projects, gas pipelines, agricultural irrigation, municipal pipeline networks, industrial pipe installation, plastic pipe construction and on-site maintenance.
Suitable for butt fusion welding of PE, PPR, PB and PVDF plastic pipes and fittings. Portable structure, easy to move and use on construction sites. Completes pipe clamping, pipe end facing, heating and butt fusion welding. Basic configuration includes frame, facer, heating plate and carrying basket. Heating plate temperature is adjustable from 0–300℃. Working environment temperature range: -15℃ to 40℃. Butt alignment deviation is ≤0.2mm, helping improve welding quality. Suitable for water supply and drainage, gas pipeline, irrigation, municipal pipeline, industrial piping and plastic pipe repair. 160-2M, 200-2M and 250-2M models are available for different pipe diameter ranges.
