The 30kg welding positioner with timer is a small welding auxiliary device used for workpiece rotation, circular welding, angle adjustment and auxiliary clamping during welding. The machine rotates the workpiece at a stable speed, allowing the operator to complete welding, cutting or spraying in a more comfortable and stable position, while reducing the need to manually turn the workpiece repeatedly.
This machine is suitable for flanges, short pipes, small cylinders, round tubes, pipe fittings, small mechanical parts and metal components. By adjusting the tilt angle of the worktable, operators can obtain a better welding posture, improve operating comfort and enhance the continuity and appearance of circular welds.
The machine has a load capacity of 30kg, a worktable diameter of 315mm, a through-hole diameter of 25/65mm and a worktable height of 400mm. The rotating speed can be selected as 1–15rpm or 0.5–5rpm according to process requirements.
