ZM-90 Series Self-Propelled Plate Beveling Machin
The ZM-90 Series self-propelled plate beveling machine is used for plate edge beveling, chamfering and weld preparation before welding. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal plates, especially for multi-angle beveling and special welding preparation applications.
With an adjustable bevel angle range of 0°–90°, the ZM-90 can cover more welding joint forms and plate processing conditions than standard beveling machines. The machine moves automatically along the plate edge, making it suitable for long plates, batch production and continuous processing.
The ZM-90 Series is widely used in steel fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridge component fabrication, engineering machinery, heavy equipment manufacturing and metal processing workshops.
Suitable for welding preparation of metal plates, including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Supports adjustable bevel angles from 0° to 90°, suitable for standard bevels, right-angle bevels and special joint preparation. Self-propelled operation allows continuous movement along the plate edge for long plates and batch processing. Multiple cutter head options can be selected according to plate thickness, material, bevel angle and welding requirements.
