ZM-100 Series Self-Propelled Plate Beveling Machine
The ZM-100 Series self-propelled plate beveling machine is used for heavy plate edge beveling, chamfering and weld preparation before welding. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal plates, especially for thick plates, wide bevels and continuous heavy-duty processing.
With a clamping thickness range of 8–100mm and an adjustable bevel angle from 0° to 90°, the ZM-100 can meet different weld joint preparation requirements in steel fabrication, bridge component manufacturing, pressure vessels, shipbuilding and heavy equipment manufacturing. Compared with manual grinding, mechanical beveling helps reduce manual finishing time, improve bevel consistency and increase welding preparation efficiency.
The ZM-100 Series is equipped with a larger cutter disc and multi-insert cutter structure, making it suitable for heavy plate processing, wide beveling and batch fabrication. The machine can be configured according to plate thickness, material, bevel angle, bevel width and site working requirements.
Suitable for welding preparation of heavy metal plates, including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Supports 8–100mm plate clamping thickness for heavy plates and large welded structures. Adjustable bevel angle from 0° to 90°, suitable for standard bevels, right-angle bevels and complex weld joint preparation.
